About Qareeb
Qareeb is a Palestinian platform that connects people who need something delivered with the captains who can deliver it.
Sending a parcel across town, or getting to an appointment on time, still runs on phone calls, middlemen, and prices agreed verbally. The result is wasted time, a price you only learn at the end, and no way to know where your parcel is.
Qareeb turns all of that into a single flow inside the app: set two points on the map, see an estimate, receive offers from nearby captains, then follow the job through to delivery with a record that stays with you.
For captains it is the other half of the equation: requests close by, freedom to price their own trip, and earnings and a wallet they can actually see — instead of waiting on chance.
The platform operates in Palestine, with its zones, governorates, currency and emergency numbers, and is run from an operations dashboard that follows orders, captains and settlements in real time.

How do I send a parcel?
From the home screen choose “Parcel”, then set the pickup and drop-off points on the map or from your saved places, describe what is inside, and flag it if it is fragile. Once you confirm, nearby captains send you offers; pick one and follow the parcel until it is delivered.
How do I request a ride?
Choose “Ride”, set your pickup and destination, and review the estimated price. Then either pick from the captains’ offers or continue with the fixed zone price where it is available, and follow the ride on the map until you arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once a captain accepts, you see the order status and their location on the map until delivery or arrival, and you receive a notification at every status change.
How is the price calculated?
You see an estimate before requesting, based on distance and the two zones. After you request, captains send offers within that frame; the price you accept is what you pay, and any additional fee appears in the invoice breakdown inside the app.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery, your in-app wallet balance, or card where it is enabled. The active payment methods for your account appear on the payment screen before you confirm.
How do I become a captain?
Download the captain app, register with your phone number, complete your personal and vehicle details, and upload the required documents. Once your documents are approved you start receiving requests.
Where do I find the apps?
The download page on this site links to the customer app and the captain app for both iOS and Android as soon as they are live on the stores.
How do I contact support?
From inside the app under Support — the fastest route, because your message arrives attached to the order record — or through the channels listed on the support page of this site.
How do I delete my account?
In the customer app: the “More” tab → “Delete account” → “Delete permanently”. What is deleted, what is retained, and how captains delete their account are all explained on the account deletion page of this site.
